When you become a client of mine, you actually don’t pay me anything, ever! The seller of the home pays the commission of the real estate agents. Therefore, you have nothing to lose by hiring me, and everything to gain. South Carolina real estate license law requires for realtors to provide services based on whether realtors are working with clients or customers. As a client, I will do everything in my power to assist you in finding the right home. I will creatively turn every stone to find the perfect property for you from researching of foreclosures and tax sales, working with homebuilders to find new construction, looking at for sale by owner homes, talking to other real estate agents, and searching the MLS. Once we find the right home, I will help negotiate the best deal for you and will help you through the closing process.
